We also offer Suicide Prevention and First Aid training.
We start with a consultancy process with your business to ensure that training results in your desired outcomes.
We are agile and move flexibly and quickly to accommodate the specific needs of your business and are able to provide bespoke courses accordingly.
It is important to us to provide new, innovative training programmes in addition to Mental Health First Aid England programmes. We have developed training directly concerning post pandemic working, anxiety and burnout to meet the needs of our clients. We support you to assist your teams to demonstrate positive leadership through periods of uncertainty and change.
We love what we do because we care about all our delegates as individuals. This is evidenced in our feedback and is what differentiates us from other providers.
Sue and Jane, as Dualism Training Ltd., are driven by a desire to provide excellent service and support to everyone; to add value to businesses and individuals and help business and personal growth through creating healthy environments and employee engagement, efficiency, wellbeing and retention, resulting in significant financial benefits to businesses.
We envisage any training you do with us to be of long-term benefit to you and your business.
Our co-delivery options offer the benefit of two experienced professionals (Sue and Jane) with HR and Legal backgrounds in commercial businesses and third sector organisations, with separate in-depth knowledge and experience.
Feedback from delegates is consistently high.

SUE ROSEMOND
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE?
Sue has a truly diverse career history, having started life in the Travel and Airline Industry, she took a break to have her two children.
With a degree in Human Resource Management, both corporate and third sector experience, and an undeniable passion for people, a change of career became inevitable. Sue went on to work for various charities and Surrey County Council, gaining solid foundations in working with troubled families affected by both serious long-term physical illness and mental illness, young people at risk of offending and adults with histories of offending and addiction.
Training and development have always played a huge part in Sue’s career and she has written and delivered training in a number of organisations and on a wide range of topics, not limited to safeguarding, self-harm, anger management, child sexual exploitation, recognising drug and alcohol misuse and working with people affected by domestic abuse.
Sue’s passion for people is carried through in everything she does and so the move into the world of Mental Health and Wellbeing Training was a very natural one.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?
Sue’s work is an incredibly important part of her life and she is grateful that she is able to help people through training. Her passion is fed not only by her own lived experience, but also by that of others, both in her personal and professional life. Sue is very aware of the link between our mental and physical wellbeing and is committed to raising awareness of this and destigmatising the topic of Mental Health.
WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?
Sue loves helping people and believes it is possible to change the world just one person at a time. Her vision is to help create a just world of equal and fair opportunity, which is free from judgment and fear, through kindness and empathy. She believes in humanity and community.
When Sue attended her Mental Health First Aid Instructor training, she felt she had landed in a world she never wanted to leave. It’s a world she still loves!
In her own time, Sue’s family and friends play a key part in everything she does. She loves spending time with her parents, her partner, her children and her grandchild who lights up every moment she spends with him. She loves travelling and learning about different cultures. Peace and clarity are found walking on the beach or in the countryside with her dog, or when she gets the chance, spending time with horses. On a cold winter’s day, Sue can be found burying herself in books, writing and living the hygge lifestyle as much as possible.

JANE WEBBER
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE?
Jane has had a varied career as a Solicitor, Leadership Trainer and Mental Health First Aider and Instructor.
Jane has many years of corporate experience as a commercial solicitor working both in private practice and in-house within corporations. She has held senior leadership roles which always included devising and delivering learning and development programmes to her teams and clients.
Jane has trained for England's biggest legal CPD training organisation and has also run her own leadership training company, training business leaders and teams on leadership and self-leadership skills.
She now thoroughly enjoys using those skills and experience as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. This role brings together her love of teamwork, knowledge building and her desire to raise awareness and understanding of mental health. She also trains schools to have Assistance Dogs in school and how they are used to help with children's wellbeing and learning outcomes.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?
Jane is passionate about mental health having had lived experience herself of mental health challenges and those of family members and friends. She cares deeply that the unequivocal link between mental health and physical health is often overlooked, and that there can be significant consequences flowing from this lack of connection.
WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?
Her purpose and motivation in all of her roles, and in life, is to empower colleagues, clients, friends and family to work and function to the best of their ability.
She believes whole-heartedly that in order to do this we need to invest in our own, and society's mental health and wellbeing and she is delighted to be part of this as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
When she attended her initial 2-day MHFA adult course she was blown away by it and said at the time it was the best course that she have ever attended (and as a lawyer there have been many!).
Outside work, family and friends are central to her life. She is married with two wonderful teenage children, 1 adult dog, a puppy and 3 ducks! She plays netball which is her own form of mindfulness as it needs full focus. She took up the flute a few years ago and said to the teacher that she would have one lesson and carry on if she could get a note out of it (never previously achieved!). She now plays in an orchestra which is a fabulous experience.
On any course with Jane she promises she will put in 100% effort and enthusiasm and be there for you as a human being as well as your instructor.
